5-DAY LEARN TO LET GO SERIES
available from the first day of autumn
Welcome. You're right where you need to be.
There's something that you're struggling to let go of. Something that holds you back, keeps you small or has you going over and over the same issues. You've been holding on a long time and it's exhausting.
It's finally time to let go, to free yourself from what no longer serves you. I know it can feel scary, but we're here to step you through it.
Autumn is a time for letting go. It's a perfect time to let the old fall away to make some space for the next bright chapter.
So let's get started. It's an honour to share this journey with you.
DAY 1: WHAT ARE YOU HOLDING ON TO?
To let go, you must first pause to acknowledge what it is you've been holding on to and what impact this has had on your life. Learn to offer yourself compassion (rather than judgement and shame) for the struggle you've been caught in.
DAY 2: LEARNING TO TRUST
All things in nature come and go, rise and fall, begin and end. Pain and struggle arises when we fight this natural flow by clinging, holding, refusing or denying. This is a practice of slowing down, reconnecting and learning to trust the natural flow of coming and going. Allowing us to start the process of releasing the old to make way for the new.
DAY 3: THE FEAR OF LETTING GO
Most of us hold on to relationships, beliefs, identities or the 'way things should be' because we fear what might happen if we let go. We fear loneliness, disappointment, unworthiness, hurt, uncertainty and grief. Part of the process of letting go is learning to meet our own needs for love and acceptance. When we meet our own fears with compassion, we no longer have to be afraid of letting go.
DAY 4: LESSONS & LAST WORDS
It is often said that we cannot release something until it teaches us what we need to know. In this section you will process and release anything that has been left unsaid and draw out the wisdom that this experience has given. You will be invited to symbolically clear reminders and patterns that have blocked you from moving forward.
DAY 5: LOOKING FORWARD AGAIN
We often spend a lot of time and energy thinking about the very thing that we are hoping to release. In this practice you will refocus on what your life looks like and feels like after letting go. When we can clearly see what want, it naturally flows that we release what no longer serves us.
